This 4-star balneotherapy complex the hotel in Velingrad is located in a pine park near the city centre and is the 1st hotel in Bulgaria certified by the European Spas Association. Customers appreciate the hotel also provides a large offer of venues, highly regarded, with an authentic tavern and diverse bars as well as well-equipped conference rooms – there is a big one with natural daylight offering seats for up to 100 people, and a smaller one for 40 people. Each room is supplied with warm mineral water. The vast offer of diverse swimming pools is impressive – there are a warm 20 metres long indoor swimming pool, valued throughout, an outdoor swimming pool and indoor Jacuzzis, with mineral water from Chepino Valley.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged EUR 3 per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
