Customers appreciate the hotel also provides a large offer of venues, highly regarded, with an authentic tavern and diverse bars as well as well-equipped conference rooms – there is a big one with natural daylight offering seats for up to 100 people, and a smaller one for 40 people. Each room is supplied with warm mineral water. The vast offer of diverse swimming pools is impressive – there are a warm 20 metres long indoor swimming pool, valued throughout, an outdoor swimming pool and indoor Jacuzzis, with mineral water from Chepino Valley.

The hotel boasts a wide offer of eating venues: The Panorama Piano Bar on the roof of the building, with magnificent views towards the Rila and Rhodope Mountains and the city; it seats up to 80 people. The lobby bar offers 30 seats and a panorama view of the city and the hotel’s summer garden, while the Coffee-house summer garden has sun, fresh air, quietness and 40 teak furniture seats. The Fresh bar has 20 teak furniture seats, attending to all the guests of the swimming pools and Jacuzzis. Taste delicious cuisine in a cosy and quiet ambience in the restaurant with 200 seats and enjoy the nice weather in the summer garden restaurant with an outdoor grill, seating up to 80 people. The Tavern, which offers 100 seats, is a magical place where traditional dishes from the Rhodope Mountains and Thracian wine are served. Experience the unique atmosphere with an old fireplace and an entertainment programme with visiting singers and dancers every Saturday night.
