If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 3.00 per person.  Full English breakfast costs EUR 3.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 2.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged EUR 11.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
