The Relais is situaded 200 metres from two most important and historical Varese factories: The "Poretti-Carlsberg Beer" liberty factory and the "Chocolate Lindt" factory. At 500 metres you have the racecourse, Villa Panza Museum and the Conference centre of Ville Ponti. Main station is at 1km as well as the old town city centre.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
