Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

16.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs CAD 26.25 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 40.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
