Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 30.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
