Quoted rates based on single / double occupancy Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Terminal City Health Club now has an adult swimming pool only. It is open Monday through Friday between 7:00 and 9:00 as well as 16:00 and 18:00 and on weekends between 8:00 and 10:00. Please Note: For any room type where breakfast is included, it is only included for a maximum of 2 people, each additional person will incur an additional charge.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs CAD 25.00 per day.  Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
