All of the hotel's guest rooms are well furnished with all the amenities you will need to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The suites also have kitchenettes with microwave and mini-fridge.

Additional hotel facilities include a fitness center, an outdoor heated swimming pool (open from May to September) and a business center. The hotel is situated 3 blocks away from Joyce Skytrain Station or just a few minutes walk to the closest bus stop for easy access to downtown Vancouver. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to Joyce Skytrain Station and Metrotown Shopping Complex (1.5 miles), 3 times a day on weekdays. The hotel's friendly and informative staff welcomes all your questions will provide sightseeing suggestions to suit your needs.

Food & Beverages

Jaguar's Restaurant is open for breakfast daily. Jaguar's Pub and Steak House is open for lunch and dinner. It features fantastic food to please every palate. Outdoor patio seating overlooking the swimming pool is also available from May to September. The sport bar features daily food and beverage specials with live televised sporting events. We currently do not offer room service but we do offer take outs. Menus are in-room.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. **When booking more than 7 rooms, different cancellation policies may apply** All rates are based on double occupancy, each additional person will be charged CAD 10 per night.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
