Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 90 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1:00 on the date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 30.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 8 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children under 4 years are charged EUR 2.50 per night for cots.  All further older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
