Your credit card details will be taken at check-in as a breakage deposit. Please contact the hotel as soon as you can confirm the estimated time of arrival in Valencia, in order to arrange the check-in. Guests must contact the property directly 1 hour before arrival to arrange key collection. Reception is open from 09:00 until 15:00 (Monday-Friday). Extra beds are only available for the Two-Bedroom and Three Bedroom apartments.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
