All the windows and external doors have wooden shutters which, once opened, allow light to flood in to the ample interiors. The lounge has a flat-panel TV with digital television channels and a lovely, red,suede-feel sofa The sofa also converts into a sofa-bed. The designer kitchen offers plenty of cupboard space and lots of marble top surfaces. It has all the necessary electrical appliances for you to be able to cook up a feast.You will also find a round table with 4 chairs where you can enjoy your meals or simply relax and write your postcards. The bathrooms have high-quality finishings in modern design, with a striking red and soft cream colour scheme. There are 2 complete bathrooms, one with bath-tub and the other with shower. There are 2 bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes accessed via high quality sliding doors, where you will have ample space to hang all the clothes. One bedroom is double and the other a twin. The double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and access either to a large balcony or a private terrace. A splash of colour is added by a number of vibrant canvases in carefully chosen parts of the building, complimenting the wooden finishings and white walls. The flooring is parquet throughout the apartment and tiled in the kitchen. The hallway has a large cupboard for storage and there is a video entryphone hung by the front door.

Hotel details

Guests will be provided with the complete address and the contact telephone number of the apartment when booking. Upon arrival in Valencia, all guests must contact the property directly using the telephone number on the Booking Confirmation. The property’s staff will then direct guests to their apartment. Check in: A breakage deposit of up to EUR 200 is required at check-in (depending on the size of the apartments). This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the room has been checked. Extra charges: Cleaning, towel and bed linen fees are not included in the rates and are payable locally. The fees vary between EUR 50 and EUR 60, depending on the size of the apartments.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.
