Guests are asked to indicate their expected time of arrival when making their reservation. Guests must contact staff on the day of arrival to arrange a time to meet at the apartments. Please use the telephone number which will appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. Arrivals between 22.30 and 07:00 incur a surcharge of EUR 20. The Apartments do not accept American Express as a method of payment. A deposit of EUR 250 by credit card or cash is paid upon arrival and reimbursed once the condition of the apartment has been checked by a member of staff.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs EUR 2.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
