Hotel details

American Express is not accepted as a method of payment. A deposit of EUR 200 must be paid at check-in which will be returned should the apartment be left in the appropriate condition. Guests are asked to indicate their expected time of arrival on the contact details which will appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. For arrivals after 20:00, an additional fee is incurred of EUR 45. All properties are cleaned prior to client arrival. A EUR 50 cleaning supplement will be charged on all properties at check-out.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
