Upon arrival in Valencia, all guests must go to the apartment offices, situated in the same building, where check in and delivery of keys can be completed. The property’s staff will then direct guests to their apartment. The office opening hours are from 10.00 to 20.00, Monday to Saturday. Guests having to check in after 20.00 must inform the property directly. At check in, 60% of the cost of the booking must be paid, in addition to a EUR 100 breakage deposit. The hotel does not accept American Express as a method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
