Each apartment measures 50 m² and has one double or twin bedroom, bathroom and open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. The lounge includes a sofa bed for additional guests. In the kitchen area you can make use of the microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and ceramic hob, along with a full range of cutlery, crockery and cookware. Daily cleaning is included in all rates.

During the summer months, head to the property’s rooftop to enjoy the chill-out terrace. The building’s reception is open 24 hours a day.

The hotel does not accept American Express as a method of payment.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night for cots.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
