Payment: The full price of the booking must be paid on arrival, with either cash or credit card. Apartments are cleaned prior to arrival; a further cleaning service is available for a surcharge. Check-in: Early check in is subject to availability and can be arranged with the property directly in advance. Guests checking in between after 20:00 must pay an additional fee.

Internet

Wired internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
