Area information

The hotel is situated in Playa de las Arenas, in the district of Cabañal. As well as the magnificent beach and sea front, there are various museums to visit in the area: -The Rice Museum. -The Blasco Ibáñez Museum. Distances: Centre of Valencia: 3 km

Travel information

To get to the hotel you must follow signposts to the Port of Valencia and from there, continue in the direction of Playa de las Arenas. From the airport: -Take metro line 5 in the direction of Maritim-Serrería -Change to the tram service in the direction of Neptú (stop situated 2 minutes from the hotel). From the train station: - Take bus number 32 and alight at the last stop (Playa de las Arenas).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.42 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
