Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 16 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
