In Val Chavière we offer you 4-room to 7-room apartments. All the apartments are equipped with jacuzzi bath, Austrian stove + sauna in the 6-room and 7-room apartments. The rates include the linen and towels (1 set/pers/week) and the wood for your fireplace if featured in your apartment. It doesn't include the daily and end-of-stay cleaning (rates on request).

The price includes: - the renting of the apartment from the day of the arrival 5pm to the day of the departure 10am - Bed linen and towels (1set per person per week) - Television with satellite - Telephone with direct line - Wood for the stove (from type 6/9people apartment) - Private Ski box. Please note that the residence cannot accept any other credit cards than MasterCard and Visa for guarantee or payment.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 16.00 per week.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 61 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 9 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  75 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person older than 13 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
