Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
