Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. PLN 2.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Dinner costs PLN 40.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged PLN 13.40 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
