Rooms

Gamirasu Hotel is a combination of seven old houses with eighteen rooms, exquisitely restored and combined. Part of the hotel was used by Christian monks until recently. Some of the rooms are old monk cells. Volcanic rock called "tufa" is perfect insulation material, keeping the temperature in the rooms between 17 - 20 degrees Celsius throughout the year.

Gamirasu provides horse riding free of service to its guests. At request there is a massage service in Gamirasu Hotel. You have foot, back, face, hair and full body massages to choose from. You can participate in agricultural and kitchen activities. Experience the process of drying apricots, harvesting apples, tomatoes, mulberries and grapes from the organic farm land. You will have a chance to learn home style wine making, cooking grape jam and baking bread in the stone oven.

Food & Beverages

In the hotel kitchen, organically produced food is used. The chef presents the typical Cappadocian style of dinner with six Turkish dishes. Breakfast is served in an open buffet with home made jams, locally dried apricots, pure village honey, and fresh local produce cream. The first dish served is the soup of the day. A hot and cold appetizer follow as a starter. Salad comes with the main course and the serving ends with dessert. The hotel menu is different everyday and enriched with vegetarian varieties.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

18 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
