In the morning a rich breakfast buffet awaits you. The restaurant serves Styrian delicacies and other specialities, as well as selected Austrian and international wines.

If you arrive later than 22:30 on weekdays or later than 11:00 on weekends, the doors will be open and you will find your room key and the registration form, which you have to sign, at the reception. The spa area is closed on weekends. The restaurant is closed on Sundays.

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 4.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
