Address Münchner Str. 107 82008 Unterhaching		Travel information By Car: - At the Munich South crossing, drive towards Munich. - At Neubiberg, drive towards Unterhaching and onto Bibergerstraße. - At the roundabout, continue straight ahead. - Turn right at the traffic lights onto LeipzigerStraße. At the roundabout, continue straight ahead onto Münchnerstr. The hotel is located on the left. Or: - Drive via Mittlerer Ring on the A995 motorway. - Take the exit Unterhaching Nord and drive towards Unterhaching. You will find the hotel after about 1.5 km on the right side. By Public Transport: By S-Bahn, take the S5 to Unterhaching (about 800 metres) via the pedestrian zone, towards the city hall. After 100 metres, take a left turn and continue on to Münchner Straße. You will find the hotel after 650 metres on the left side.
Area information The hotel is connected to public transport and you can quickly reach the city centre of Munich in 15 minutes, as well as the fairgrounds in 20 minutes. Visit the shopping miles in Munich, the English Garden or the October Festival. We will assist you with planning your excursions. In addition to the numerous sights in Munich, the surrounding area also offers several interesting day trip destinations. Visit lake Starnberger See, Neuschwanstein Castle, Salzburg in Austria or the city of Augsburg.

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
