Subject to prior notice, the Iberotel Fleesensee provides guests with a free transfer to and from the local railway station.

A 3-course dinner is available each evening on a half-board basis.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
