Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast costs EUR 11.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 6.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child under 12 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 35.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
