Travel information

Directions From Durban: *Follow the M4 north until you come to the the Umhlanga off-ramp. *Take this off-ramp and turn right at the junction into Umhlanga Rocks Drive. *At the 2nd set of traffic lights turn right into Ridge Road. *Continue along this road until you arrive at number 97 Ridge Road. Directions From Johannesburg: *From the N3 approaching Durban, take a left turn off to the N2 (North Coast). *Follow the N2 until you come to the Umhlanga Rocks (M41) off-ramp. *Take this off-ramp and turn right onto the M41 at the traffic light. *After 200 meters take the Umhlanga Rocks Drive turn-off. *Turn left at the traffic light and continue along Umhlanga Rocks Drive. *At the 2nd turning circle, just before the Sharks Board, turn right (3rd exit) and continue down the hill along Umhlanga Rocks Drive. *At the third set of robots, turn right into Ridge Road. *Continue along this road until you arrive at number 97 Ridge Road.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 16 years is charged ZAR 200.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
