By car: - Take the N3 northbound, direction of the North coast and Stanger. - Take the Umhlanga/Phoenix/Mt Edgecombe turn-off. - Turn right at the traffic lights. - Take the Umhlanga Rocks Drive turn-off. - Turn left at the traffic lights. - Continue straight ahead at the first roundabout. - Turn left onto Palm Boulevard at the second roundabout. - The hotel is on left-hand side, at the corner of Palm and Century Boulevard.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1.00 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs ZAR 135.00 per person.  Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
