Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1 % city/tourist tax per room per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast costs ZAR 60.00 per child under 11 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 2 to 12 years is charged ZAR 160.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
