The buffet breakfast for children (5 - 11 years) sharing a bed with a parent is chargeable at a discount price. Complimentary afternoon tea is offered at Bar Bedulu between 16.00 and 17.00.

Please note, that children are not allowed at the Spa, as well as the River Cafe and spa pool.

Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is included.  11 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 85.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
