The hotel does not accept American Express as a method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.42 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child from 0 to 1 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 0 to 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
