Set against the majestic backdrop of the Hintertux Glacier, valued throughout, the tastefully furnished, family-run the hotel offers a quiet and sunny location in the centre of Tux in the Ziller Valley. Various themed buffets are offered regularly. A rich breakfast buffet is served in the morning. For children a varied programme of activities, very much appreciated, including canyoning, climbing, cave adventures, glacier days with fun in the snow, an Indian wigwam camp, campfires, tennis classes and much more, is offered. The spa area consists of 6 different saunas, valued throughout, a herbal steam bath, a brine bath, a room with water beds, an ice fountain, a gym and a solarium. Ski passes are available at Hotel Jäger. Visitors appreciate the hotel offers a weekly guided hike with the owner in summer and a ski guide on one day a week in winter, and above all, as well as reduced prices for the ski rental.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 15 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 4 to 7 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 8 to 11 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 15 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
