Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 350 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 18 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 1 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 1 to 5 years are charged 20 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 6 to 7 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 8 to 13 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 14 to 15 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 90 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
