Area information

Camporeal Residences are a good base from which to visit some of Portugal’s most stunning architectural, historical and religious sights. Not far from Lisbon, the ancient city of Leiria boasts a picturesque castle. Visit the abbeys of Batalha and Alcobaça or the shrine of Fátima. Coimbra, seat of the country’s oldest university, fascinates with its historical character. Close by is the largest Roman excavation site in Portugal – Conímbriga. Further north, the city of Aveiro was once a great seaport is still maintains its charming canals. Along the coastline, empty beaches and quaint fishing villages are also worth a visit.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 17.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 75.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
