Please note that final cleaning is obligatory and costs EUR 40. Heating is also on payment, depending on consumption. Electricity, gas, water and bed and bath linen are included in the price, as is use of the pool and barbecue.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
