Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13.75 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
