Built in 1936, valued throughout, P-Hotels Trondheim was formerly known as Astoria Hotel and in 2001 it was totally renovated. The renovated guest rooms have a modern décor with neutral colours and charming oak furnishings. This stylishly decorated hotel is within walking distance of Trondheim’s main tourist attractions such as the market square, and above all, Nidaros cathedral, museums, the harbour and 300 metres from the railway station. Visitors appreciate the hotel serves a small complimentary breakfast package, very much appreciated, brought to guest's door together with the local paper each morning. Guests travelling by plane should travel with the airport shuttle that takes approx 35 minutes to down town Trondheim. The in house restaurant on the ground floor is operated by a third party and a large number of different restaurants are easy to find in the area.
