All apartments boast large picture windows and most of the apartments have floor-to-ceiling glazing in the living room. Apartments are 10 times the size of a typical hotel room and each one is fitted with the highest quality beds. The apartments are fully equipped and fully serviced. Weekly linen changes are also included as part of the service. Each apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, a comfortable and spacious living room and an immaculate separate bathroom, which comes complete with luxurious toiletries and bathroom products from Gilchrist & Soames.

These luxurious, contemporary apartments have a convenient location, with great transport links for easy access to any part of the capital. The local area is full of character and the apartments are great for enjoying the vibrancy of London’s traditional Docklands culture. The area is known as the Jewel in the Crown of the British Inland waterways network. The Regent Canal Dock, built in 1820, is the oldest dock still operating as it was originally planned. Now newly rejuvenated, the area’s modern facilities complement the restaurants, pubs and bars that line the River Thames, offering excellent views over the tideway.

Payment Information: Marlin Apartments will charge your credit card with the total amount at the time of booking. They will add 3.5% to the total cost to cover credit card processing fees (4.5% if paying by American Express). Check-In Information: You must contact Marlin Apartments before arrival to receive your lock-box number and directions to the property. You may need to show photographic ID and/or credit card. Other Information: Lost, stolen or late return of keys will result in additional costs. Late check-out will result in additional costs and Marlin Apartments may remove your belongings without liability.

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 30.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 35.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
