There is no breakfast on Sundays and public holidays.

- If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel in order to obtain the access code. - Please note that the rooms are cleaned once a week. - Please note that no breakfast will be served on Sunday morning and on bank holidays. Residhome is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from : 9.30 am to noon and from 2 pm to 6 pm Wednesday: 9:30 am to noon Saturday: 9:30 am to 11:30 am Closed all day Sunday and bank holidays.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 4.50 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
