The well-equipped and furnished studios feature a living room, television, desk corner, bathroom and a kitchen area. The kitchen area includes hotplates, a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and dishes. You can take advantage of many services including weekly cleaning, outside parking and use of the swimming pool. For an additional cost you can enjoy a continental breakfast buffet, a launderette and dry cleaning service and access to a covered car park.

Food & Beverages

A buffet breakfast is served everyday from 07:00 to 10:00. For lunch and dinner you can purchase a ready-made hot meal from a vending machine in the residence.

Reception is open from 07:00 to 22:00 Monday to Friday and from 07:00 11:30 and 16:30 to 20:00 at weekends and on public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please telephone the residence in advance to obtain an access code.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.00 per day.  Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All further children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
