The reception is open from 07:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 23:00 Monday to Friday and from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 on Saturdays. The reception is closed on Sunday.

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per child under 13 years.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 5 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
