Hotel details

Final cleaning of the apartment is included. However, you must ensure to clean the kitchen and the barbecue, and take out the rubbish. If not, there will be a penalty of EUR 100. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival and will be returned to you after an inspection of the apartment on check-out. In case of arrival outside the check-in time, please inform the establishment about your expected arrival time.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
