Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 20.00 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 20 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 12 years are charged GBP 16.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
