Sea Point HotelClients appreciate the hotel is a historic, very much appreciated, Grade II listed building, originally commissioned by the Admiralty in 1860 to house sea captains and their families. Just 10 minutes’ walk from the harbour, valued throughout, this beautifully preserved Victorian building offers charming rooms, freshly cooked breakfasts and a fully licensed bar. All the rooms have TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. Today, and above all, the house still retains many period features, including a grand, sweeping staircase and original fireplaces in most rooms. A full traditional cooked English breakfast is included in the price and is freshly cooked to order in the traditional Aga oven. The cosy residents’ bar has a CD jukebox, valued throughout, fruit and quiz machines, a TV and even a karaoke system. Clients appreciate the hotel is family run and your hosts, highly regarded, Dave and Kim, pride themselves on offering a warm welcome and friendly, attentive service. Lighter options are also available.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
