Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served from 09:00 until 09:30. Earlier breakfasts can be arranged if requested the night before.

Minimum stay Policy: The Baytree only accepts reservations for stays of a minimum of 3 nights during the public holiday and school holiday periods. Payment Information: The Baytree requests that full payment is made the night before departure. American Express is not accepted. A cheque-guarantee card is required for cheque payments. If balance payments are made by credit card, a GBP 3 administration charge applies. The Baytree reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. If cheque or cash payments are made, a 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Deposits are non-refundable. When booking, please include an estimated time of arrival. Early arrival can be arranged at the time of booking. Late arrivals must be agreed at time of booking. Single-sex bookings, and stag or hen parties are not accepted. The Baytree reserves the right to refuse anybody who behaves in an unreasonable manner (no refund will be made). In the event of cancellation, a pro rata refund will apply if the room can be re-let. Discounts for children from the ages of 3 to 13 years are only applicable when children are sharing a family room with 2 adults. Children may not share a double room with their parents. Children may not occupy a room without a parent being present.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 50 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 45 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 8 years are charged 20 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All children from 9 to 13 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
