Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 40.00 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 40 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
