Rooms

Each room has an en suite bathroom (some with bath) and hot beverage facilities. Some rooms have a large digital flat-screen LCD TV. Rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished, with soft clean bedding.

Hotel details

Families are welcome throughout the year. The hotel has cots, highchairs and baby monitors available on request. Please contact the hotel to ensure availability of these facilities before booking. Staff can help with booking tickets and assisting with transport information. Wireless internet (extra charge) is available throughout the hotel, in all bedrooms, the garden, the bar and all public areas. Its proximity to the English Riviera Centre, its Wi-Fi facilities and private guests’ bar make the hotel a great choice for a business conference, meeting or exhibition.

Food & Beverages

A full cooked English breakfast is included in all of the quoted room rates. Breakfasts are freshly cooked to order by the hotel’s fully trained and qualified chef. Breakfast is usually served between 08:30 and 09:00. Alternative times may be arranged upon request. The bar is also available upon request and stocks a range of spirits, draught beer, wine and soft drinks. Children are allowed in the bar.

Prices for family rooms are for children aged 12 years or younger. If you require a room for children over the age of 12, arrange this with the hotel prior to booking. There are no facilities for disabled guests, as there are no ground-floor rooms and no lifts. The hotel may be able to arrange a room on as low a level as possible. Wireless Internet Prices are: £2 for 2 hours £3 for 1 day £5 for 1 week

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 3.00 per 24 hours.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
