If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 14 years are charged GBP 15 per night per person for extra beds.  All further older children or adults are charged GBP 30 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
