Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs CAD 23.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site and costs CAD 34.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  3 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
