Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please Note: This property only accepts Visa and Mastercard. Payment cannot be made with American Express. Please note: The front desk is open from 11 AM until 7 PM. For guests arriving after 7 PM (19:00), call the telephone number posted on the door in order to gain the access codes. If you know you will be arriving late, please call the hotel ahead of time to obtain the necessary information.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
