Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Front desk is open Monday through Friday 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Saturdays 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM. Closed on Sundays and holidays. If your arrival time is outside of regular hours, please contact the property in advance for special arrangements. Guest name must be the credit card holder on all reservations.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs CAD 10.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs CAD 30.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

15 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  CAD 25.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs CAD 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Baby cots are not available.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.   Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
